Permanent part-time Election Assistant
The Hall County Election Office is seeking a permanent part-time Election Assistant. This person will work with voter registration, candidate filings, maintaining voter rolls, and all other aspects of the voting and petition process. This is a 20-hour per week position with a six-month probationary wage of $15.50.
The successful applicant should have strong clerical and interpersonal skills, yet maintain professionalism and neutrality on political issues. Work hours will primarily be 1 to 5 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and all day on Friday. Applicant must have some flexibility and additional hours available during peak election times. All day and evening work is required on every primary and general election day.

Hall County Corrections Department:
part-time Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner
The Hall County Department of Corrections is seeking a part-time Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner to work within our facility. The position works under the direct supervision of a fully licensed practitioner/coordinator and is responsible for supporting the Department of Corrections staff by providing a variety of assessment and behavioral management resources.
The practitioner will provide mental health counseling to all inmates/detainees identified by law enforcement, medical, correctional or referred by sources as at risk for suicide, in need of mental health counseling or crisis intervention. The practitioner will work 20 hours per week.
