BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

Hall County Board of Supervisors

Hall County is governed by an elected board of 7 members in the township-supervisor model of Nebraska county government. In Nebraska, 28 out of 93 counties use the township-supervisor method.

The seven members of the Board of Supervisors, elected by their respective districts, serve as the legislative and executive of Hall County government.

The Board enacts legislation governing Hall County and determines overall policies for County departments, adopts the annual budget, establishes plans for the operation of County government, enforces various State statutes and enacts local legislation to serve and protect County residents.
